Friends of the Shelter is organized exclusively to provide financial support for the medical, educational and adoption programs of the Franklin County Dog Shelter. Our all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit organization funds the medical, surgical and recuperative care for over 350 Shelter dogs annually, giving them a chance to find their forever families.
